An instrument to help you play to your strengths and adopt the optimal negotiation behavior
Recognizing the importance of personality in negotiation dynamics, Red Sheet has also developed a psychometric assessment instrument, built around the COW SOAP ACE methodology, specifically to determine your “negotionality” (negotiation personality).
